Early Bird Registration ends on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, 2026.

Regular Registration begins Friday, November 27, 2026 until January 2, 2027.**

Late Registration is January 3, 2027 at midnight until January 13, 2027 at noon.

Race Day Registration is Friday, January 15, 2027 5pm-7pm and Saturday, January 16, 2027 6:30am-7:30am

All race registrations and product purchases are non-refundable, even in the event of race cancellation.

The only exception is for official military deployment (CED orders). Refunds WILL NOT be given for PCS orders. If you are deployed during the race, you may send a copy of your orders to [email protected] to receive a refund of your race registration (product purchases are still non-refundable).

During registration, you have the option to purchase a protection plan which insures your registration and product purchases through a third party provider.

A signed waiver by event participant or parent/guardian will be required before you can download your QR code. A link to obtain waivers for all registrants will be shown on the confirmation page.
