All race registrations and product purchases are non-refundable, even in the event of race cancellation.
The only exception is for official military deployment (CED orders). Refunds WILL NOT be given for PCS orders. If you are deployed during the race, you may send a copy of your orders to [email protected] to receive a refund of your race registration (product purchases are still non-refundable).
During registration, you have the option to purchase a protection plan which insures your registration and product purchases through a third party provider.
Race Route Setup
You will be helping the Portland Chamber set up race route directions along the roads in Portland. The route begins at the Portland Community Center and goes to Indian Point Pier.
Race Packet Pickup Prep
Join the Portland Chamber as we prepare Race Packets. We will stuff bags with t-shirts, race bibs, and promo items.
Greeters
We need help providing information to attendees and vendors. At the HealthFest, you will help with vendor sign in, greeting attendees and providing information.
Expo Setup/Teardown Crew
You will be helping setup HealthFest activities, vendors and kid's zone before event opens. You will also help teardown the expo areas and clean up when event closes.
Help place race route directions on route through Portland, starting at Community Center through to Indian Point Pier.
